Feel free to text for bookings 778-928-1978. I want you to leave here feeling that you got the best massage of your life, so I encourage you to let me know what works best for you.
I have 18 years of clinical experience, working primarily with athletes and active individuals. My treatment approach is highly adaptable: while I offer effective deep tissue techniques, I recognize that deeper pressure is not always better. I prioritize listening to your needs and tailor each session accordingly, maintaining detailed chart notes so your preferences are respected at every visit. I believe the most effective care is collaborative. I empower patients with individualized home-care strategies, supporting long-term healing by encouraging active participation in their own wellbeing.
Outside the clinic, I am passionate about animal welfare and environmental advocacy. I spend my free time hiking in the mountains, participating in animal rescue efforts, and working toward legal reform for animals and the planet. I also host and co-produce Animal Voices radio.
Direct Billing is offered through Telus E-Claims and BlueCross
Please note - I have a condition called multiple chemical sensitivity and am severely impacted by synthetic fragrances/toxins such as perfume, scented personal care products and cigarettes (marijuana is fine). Please refrain from wearing scented products to your appointment.

I work with busy parents, athletes, and driven professionals who have tried everything and are still in pain.
If you’ve cycled through physios, RMTs, and practitioners who chase symptoms and never touch the cause, you already know the pattern. Temporary relief. Same tension back by Thursday. You are not a difficult case. You were never assessed deeply enough.
For over ten years I’ve worked with people who were told their pain was chronic, complex, or the price of getting older. I didn’t accept that.
I pushed past the scope of standard massage therapy into neurophysiology and neuro-psycho-somatic dynamics — how trauma, especially the kind you don’t consciously remember, stores itself in fascia and holds the nervous system in a brace it never learned to release.
I stopped asking what hurts. I started asking why the body is protecting you.
Pain isn’t random. It’s compensatory. Structural. Protective.
I don’t sell sessions. I deliver outcomes.
A woman diagnosed with frozen shoulder and told to manage it — arm overhead, pain-free, after one session.
A 70-year-old moving better than she did at 40 — training with confidence, pain gone.
A young athlete who rebuilt his body safely and earned acceptance into a European professional league.
A father who hadn’t raised his shoulder in years — full range restored by the second visit.
These aren’t motivational stories. They’re structural corrections. Address fascia, compensation patterns, and nervous system bracing at the root, and the body responds. Fast.
Conscious Fitness is what I built for everything that comes after the table — strength and flexibility that heal instead of accumulate. No boring exercises. No stacking stiffness onto a body that’s already guarding.
Function over Fashion. Health over Hustle. Motor control over Muscle. Consciousness over Compensation.
Stronger. Pain-free. Back in control.
If you’re done repeating the same restriction in your body and ready to heal your nervous system at a depth no one has taken you to — I’m your guy.

Mr. David Veenstra RMT
I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist for the past 18 years, I’ve been helping active people like you stay moving and doing what they love. I’m an athlete- always have been, always will be. Being physical is a life style; the constant pursuit of pushing mental, emotional and physical boundaries.
I’ve dabbled in almost everything. Gymnastics, competitive basketball, volleyball and body building. I biked across Canada and did open water swimming. Most recently, I tried HYROX for the first time this past Dec.2025, and have competed heavily in crossfit. In 2018, and 2019 I placed 6th and 8th in Masters Men, 35-39 at the CanWest games. I’ve also done track, diving, skiing, snowboarding- even ballroom dancing with my wife. My experience plays a large role in my treatments, not to mention, my rehab from personal injuries!
I have an intuitive gift for healing- focusing on deep tissue and myofascial release. Im a HUGE advocate of self care.
I treat a wide variety of people, but my passion is fitness and those living - or seeking- an active lifestyle.
